Riot is currently happy with the level of engagement and does not have a great need to expand the PBE to other regions. You can stream the PBE, but the focus is to find bugs and instability issues, so content creators are not encouraged to solely focus on the PBE for content.Sharing it could get you permanently suspended (and nobody wants that!). Remember-your PBE account is the same as your Live account. Each Agent must maintain their own account. Skins are free, but the shop rotation works the same as live.Skins do not transfer from live to PBE.Because invite waves are manual and server capacity is limited, invites will go out on an irregular schedule, so always be checking your email each PBE patch if you have yet to get access.
